We require 24-hours notice for cancellations. All cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full treatment fee.

Relaxation massage appointments with student interns are not eligible for reimbursement through extended health insurance. We do NOT do direct billing. We provide a receipt which can be submitted to your insurance provider. They reimburse very quickly.
